Report from Marissa
LMNOP has had to rebid everything because now their subcontractors also have to meet all the City requirements.  They have (as of 2/5) not formally agreed to finish Parcel 4, but they are going ahead with the process to meet City requirements.
Marissa: Is there an update on this?
We can still apply for a CCG this year – look for the announcement stating the application date.  Who is willing to write up the grant proposal?
Money from this grant and any funds we get from private or non-city of SF, will not be subject to the City restrictions and requirements.
We would like to compensate Eric and Nahal for some of the extra time/work they have put into our project, but this would have to come from an unrestricted fund, not MOHCD, at this point.
We need to raise some money!
Water Meter
Due to the development of the land adjacent to Parcel 3, it was suggested that we put in a meter just for Parcel 4, since a water line will be going in on 3 for the houses.
We need to find out more about the status of the meter and the PUC Grant for it from Patricia.
NOTE:  Patricia reports that LMNOP took the grant info from her quite awhile ago and that they were going to follow up on it.  Marissa, can you please check on this with them?
NERT
Mary Beth announced that there will be a NERT training at Lick Wilmerding H.S. sometime in March.  She will let us know more.  Also, if we are interested, we can have them do a 2 hour workshop for our group.  People are definitely interested.
Minutes
It was noted that it seems rather difficult to find the minutes on our website – could Eric please put a link to the minutes in a more noticeable location on the site?  Thank you in advance!
Next Meeting:
Tuesday, March 5 at 7pm at the Ingleside Library, unless otherwise notified.
