Balboa Park Station Citizen’s Advisory Committee (BPSCAC) Meeting: July 24

The Balboa Park Station Citizen’s Advisory Committee (BPSCAC) will be meeting July 24, info and proposed agenda are below.

The redevelopment of the dated & deteriorating Balboa Park Station would certainly benefit from Ridge Lane neighbors’ input, so please participate in the BPSCAC meetings if you can!

Note: In September, it’s planned for Mission Housing Dev Corp to do a presentation on the proposed 117 unit affordable housing development at the upper yard (the fenced off area currently used as a parking lot for MUNI employees). That meeting is tentatively scheduled for September 25. This has the potential to radically change the landscape of our neighborhood so we’ll keep you advised as we learn more details about the meeting.
